How do i subscribe?
Just select “Subscribe and Save” on any eligible tea. Choose the delivery frequency that works for you – anywhere from every 4 weeks to every 12 weeks.
Once you’ve placed your order, be sure to create an account. When you’re logged in, you’ll be able to manage your subscription anytime, plus you can shop 1-time purchases to add to your next delivery at 15% off.
How do the subscription discount tiers work?
When you become a subscriber, you’ll get 15% off your first order, but that’s just the beginning.
Consecutive subscription orders (no cancelations) will increase in discounting as follows:
Order 1: Get 15% off
Order 2: Get 20% off
Order 3: Get 20% off
Order 4+: Get 25% off for the lifetime of your subscription
Order 5: Get a free gift
How do i get 15% off 1-time purchases?
First, make sure you’re logged in to the account associated with your subscription. Once you’re logged in, shop the site as you normally would – you’ll see an option to add a 1-time tea purchase to your next delivery at 15% off that item.
This won’t affect your regular subscription product or discount.
Will I get order reminders?
We’ll always keep you posted. You’ll get an email before your next order is placed, giving you a chance to make any changes before it goes through.
When will my order arrive?
Timing can varying depending on your location, and you’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order is shipped. Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, creating an account will allow you to manage your subscription – you can skip a delivery, choose a new delivery date, change the tea you’re subscribed to or cancel anytime.
