Use this guide to choose a suitable size for Zensla bras, built-in-bra tops, shapewear, and smoothing essentials. Measurements are provided with US and UK size references.

How to Measure

For the best fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure directly over light clothing or underwear. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body without pulling too tight.

  • Underbust: Measure around your ribcage directly under your bust.
  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Measurements may vary slightly by product and fabric stretch. Always check the product page if a product-specific size chart is provided.

US & UK Bra Size Reference

Use the chart below as a general reference for bras and built-in-bra styles. US and UK band sizes are usually the same, but cup sizing can vary by brand and style.

Bra Cup Reference

To estimate cup size, subtract your underbust measurement from your bust measurement. This is only a general guide because fit can change depending on stretch, padding, support level, and product shape.

Shapewear & Smoothing Essentials Size Reference

For shapewear, waist and hip measurements are usually the most important. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for everyday comfort or the smaller size only if you prefer a firmer shaping feel.

Between Two Sizes?

  • For bras and built-in-bra tops, choose the size that best matches your underbust and bust measurements.
  • For shapewear, choose the larger size for daily comfort and easier movement.
  • If you prefer stronger compression, you may choose the smaller size, but it may feel firmer and less relaxed.
  • If your bust and waist fall into different sizes, choose based on the area where you need the most comfort or support.
