Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from China to customers worldwide. Our main delivery destinations are the United States and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually process within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days for the United States and United Kingdom, 8-18 business days for Canada, Australia, and Europe, and 10-25 business days for other international destinations.

How can I track my order?

Can I return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
