Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from China to selected destinations in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Please check our Shipping Policy for the supported countries and regions. Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 8–15 business days for the United States and Canada, 5–15 business days for supported European destinations, and 8–15 business days for supported destinations in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; customs clearance and carrier delays may affect delivery. How can I track my order?
Email admin@zensla.com with your order number and checkout email. We will help check your order status.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy. Returns are sent to China. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international return shipping, for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, and other non-quality-related returns not caused by Zensla. Please contact admin@zensla.com before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us first for assistance.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will try to help update it. If it has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
